Born on the 7. September 1976 in Zabrze/Poland, I studied and completed a law degree from the University of Mannheim and Frankfurt am Main.

In 2003 I obtained my first State Law Examination (equivalent to LL.B), in 2005 my second State Law Examination (Bar Exam) after a two year Postgraduate Judicial Service Traineeship at the Provincial High Court and Court of Appeal (Oberlandesgericht) Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

After working as an Inhouse Lawyer for an Online company, I completed, with distinction an LL.M (Master of Law) with an emphasis on International Commercial Law at the University of Cape Town. In 2007 and 2008 I worked as an Attorney for the film company KirchMedia GmbH in Unterföhring/Germany with the main focus on Contract Law, IP and IT Law.

Since 2008 I have worked independently, mainly focusing on national and internationals contracts.

From 2011 to 2012 I gave advice and support as a Pro Bono Legal Project Manager to the NGO “Power-Child Campus” in Mfuleni, South Africa.

In 2012 I opened a branch of my Law office in Cape Town and presently work as a Legal Adviser in
German-South African matters.
